"I will need assistance to get into the events. Are there accessible options (including accessible restrooms) at each venue?"
Yes. All venues are wheelchair accessible and fully ADA compliant. If you will need volunteer assistance, please let us know when you register for events. Also, guide dogs and other service animals are welcome at every event.
Dietary Requirements
"Will you be offering refreshments (especially at the Saturday evening event) that will be acceptable for those of us with dietary restrictions?"
Yes. We will have selections that will accommodate classmates that require vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free fare. If you have a specific allergy (such as nuts, corn, sugar or dairy), be sure to let us know when you register for the events.
Confidential Financial Assistance
"I would like to attend the Saturday evening event at The Saint Louis Woman's Club, but I cannot afford it for myself (and/or for my guest). Is there financial help?"
Yes. Please call/text Diane Hirson at 314.504.8173 (or email DLHirson@gmail.com), and she will confidentially work with you on the cost for the event.
